When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, login details, and workspace activity. When you connect third-party platforms, we collect the account and analytics data you authorize those platforms to share with BrandOS.
For connected YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook accounts, BrandOS may receive profile details, page or channel identifiers, follower or subscriber counts, media metadata, post performance, engagement metrics, and access tokens needed to keep the integration working.
Platform data is used to power your BrandOS workspace and is tied to the account that authorized the connection.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate BrandOS, such as hosting, database, analytics, security, and infrastructure providers. These providers are expected to handle data securely and only for our service purposes.
Access tokens are stored to keep integrations connected. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
You can disconnect platform integrations from BrandOS at any time. You may also revoke access directly from the connected platform account settings. To request deletion or export of your data, contact us using the details below.

We retain account and integration data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Deleted or disconnected data may remain in backups for a limited period before being removed through normal backup rotation.
BrandOS is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
